Zoom media training, ahead of a report launch, for key spokespeople from this think tank specialising in the impact of longevity on society.
“Lisa was brilliant at getting us think about how we communicate complex (and geeky) messages in a media friendly way. She is great at building confidence - so if you are scared of doing radio or TV interviews Lisa really can help. I've had lots of media training over the years (refreshers are always good) and Lisa was one of the best. It was great that she used examples from the media on the previous day - lots of training sessions end up using standard slides and very old clips as examples. Lisa gave us a genuinely bespoke session. I had emphasised the desire for us to have plenty of practice time and we got that. A lot of others insist on spending a couple of hours telling you how the media works when what we really need was honing and practice. Hopefully Lisa will be willing to do future sessions with us.”

“This training was a refresher for me, and it was one of the best I’ve received. The content was clear, the session ran smoothly, and there were several opportunities for reflection. There were ample exercises to apply the lessons in hands-on interviews, and the personalised feedback from each one helped reinforce the learning.
“I liked that the pace was steady but not stressful. It was hugely engaging and informative, and the variety of practice sessions were key to refining my skills.”
