Media training and message testing with the management team in-studio, ahead of the launch of a new packaging reduction initiative with a major supermarket,
“Lisa's training was - in equal measures - fun, informative and challenging! We learned how to hone the key messages we need to convey and were given the tools with which to do so. We then spent the day being put in a variety of media situations - ranging from easy to difficult - to practice, make mistakes, gain feedback and try again. We each came out of the day with increased confidence in front of a microphone, or camera, and we have already started using Lisa's techniques to help us handle difficult questions.”
